roverway 2018 - financial aspect of your PathBeste Path leiders,Graag willen we jullie aandacht even voor de financiële kant van jullie Path. We willen jullie vragen om dagelijks te declareren. Dit is nodig zodat: - Jullie snel inzicht hebben in het resterende bedrag voor jullie Path. In de bijlage kun je lezen hoe je dit kunt doen. Tevens hebben we het declaratieformulier toegevoegd. - En wij een inzicht hebben in de uitgaven. Dit is van belang voor de Roverway 2018 om te zorgen dat we niet voor onverwachte verrassingen komen te staan. Afspraken: - Wanneer je nu, tijdens je Path declareert, ontvang je je geld voor de afsluiting van de Roverway 2018. - Tijdens Main Camp kun je je declaraties vanaf maandag 29 juli tot en met woensdag 1 augustus indienen bij de afdeling financiën, deze is te vinden bij de informatiepost. De verwerkingstijd duurt dan 4 werkdagen. - Uiterste aanleverdatum is 16 augustus, declaraties die daarna worden ingestuurd worden niet meer in behandeling genomen. We rekenen op jullie! We want to ask you to send in your invoices and receipts on a daily basis. This is necessary so that: - You have a quick insight into the remaining amount for your Path. In the appendix you can read how you can do this. We also added the claim form. - And we have an insight in the total expenditures of the Roverway2018. This is important for the event to ensure that we are not faced with unexpected surprises. Appointments: - If you declare now, during your Path, you will receive your money for the closure of the Roverway. - At Main Camp, you can submit your claim form from Monday 29 July up to and including Wednesday 1 August at the finance department, which can be found at the information post. The processing time will then take 4 working days. - Final delivery date after the Roverway is August 16, declarations submitted after that date will no longer be processed.
