DSK 2025: nog drei Wochen!

nur noch 3 Wochen bis zur DSK! Die Aufregung steigt, vor allem jetzt, da die meisten von euch unserer WhatsApp-Community beigetreten sind (wenn ihr noch nicht dabei seid, könnt ihr uns über den folgenden Link beitreten: https://chat.whatsapp.com/KrwXCfuTEt83Kv1pB62HWn oder den QR-Code scannen oder unserer Kommunikationsleiterin Anne Roos eine Nachricht unter +31 6 83 08 19 47 schicken). 
 

In der heutigen E-Mail findet ihr die folgenden Informationen:  

• Zahlung des Teilnehmerbeitrags    
• Shuttle-Busse  
• Letzter Aufruf: Workshop-Gastgeber  
• Teilt eure Folien/Videos: Neues aus den Organisationen  

Zahlung des Teilnehmerbeitrags  
Für die Zahlung des Teilnehmerbeitrages werden wir mit einem Abrechnungssystem arbeiten, für das wir eine Adresse benötigen, an die wir die Rechnung schicken können. Wir würden diese Informationen gerne vor dem 24. Februar per E-Mail erhalten.
Wir benötigen noch Informationen von den folgenden Delegationen:  

• Ungarn  
• Schweiz  
• Lichtenstein  
• Luxemburg 

Shuttle-Busse 
Um die Shuttlebusse für den An- und Abreisetag zu organisieren, müssen wir noch eine weitere Frage stellen, damit wir einen möglichst gut organisierten Fahrplan erstellen können und niemand in Nijkerk gestrandet bleibt ?. Bitte füllt also diese kurze Umfrage mit drei Fragen aus: https://forms.office.com/e/cgQNm30Pyh

Letzter Aufruf Workshop-Moderatoren?.  

Wir sind dabei, die Programmvorbereitungen abzuschließen und brauchen eure Hilfe. Als Teilnehmer*innen könnt ihr zu einem sinnvollen Programm beitragen, indem ihr am Samstag, den 8. März, einen 45-minütigen Workshop moderiert. Wir freuen uns, dass sich bereits einige von euch angemeldet haben?. Es sind jedoch noch Plätze frei!  

Das Thema kann alles sein, was für die anderen DSK-Teilnehmer*innen interessant sein könnte. Von der Vorstellung einer coolen Initiative Ihrer Organisation bis hin zur Förderung des Wissensaustauschs zu einem bestimmten Thema. Wenn du deine Idee zuerst mit uns besprechen möchtest, kannst du uns gerne kontaktieren.  

?Bitte meldet euch bis Sonntag hier an. Nächste Woche werden wir uns wieder bei euch melden, damit ihr euch für die Teilnahme an den Workshops anmelden könnt.

Bitte beachte, dass jedes Land in diesem Teil des Programms nur 5 bis 7 Minuten Zeit hat, seine Neuigkeiten zu präsentieren.

Only 3 more weeks till the DSK! Payment of the participant fee
We will work with a billing system for the payment of the participation fee, for which we need an address to which we can send the invoice. We would like to receive this information by e-mail before 24th of February.  

We still need information from the following delegations:    

• Hungary 
• Switzerland   
• Lichtenstein 
• Luxembourg 

Shuttle busses 

To organize the shuttle busses for the arrival and departure day we need to ask one more question to make the most well-organized schedule and so we leave no one stranded in Nijkerk ?. So please fill in this really quick three question survey: https://forms.office.com/e/cgQNm30Pyh

Last call: Workshop hosts  

We are busy finishing the programme preparation and we need your help. As participants you can contribute to a meaningful programme by facilitating a 45 minute workshop on Saturday 8th. We are happy to see that some of you already signed up?. However, there are still empty spots! 

The topic can be anything that could be interesting for fellow DSK participants. From sharing a cool initiative of your organisation to facilitating knowledge exchange on a specific topic. Feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss your idea first.
